just looked up prices the hertz cars with the gps are pricey im gonna buy a USA west map 60 bucks and I can take my own tomtom gps pda dollar or alamo sure is a lot cheaper on the same car as well :) |
I love my GPS, while I can't ever really figure out where I need to go, at least I know where I am at...
|
I have one in my car as well as a watch with GPS on it. The one in the car works well to get me home all i do is push the home button and it works out the route in 30 seconds. For someone like me who has no sense of direction its a god send. I tried the watch in Switzerland a few months ago and its ok but you still need a map to locate you position.

Hertz is the way to go... easy to program and relatively cheap... $11 a day or something. Been using it for years and I have been "NeverLost"!
(boy, that was bad) |
btw... stay away from Avis GPS. IT SUUUUUUUUUUCKS!
