im cutting down on the dairy.


i like soy milk now instead.

I seen something on the news stating that Soy products do not lower cholesterol..That stuff tastes like shit :error

grose shit. I don't even like normal milk usually. only to cook with and for cereal.

Lactose intolerant so I have to use soy products.
