Virus Protection

My ISP says I have used a HUGE amount of bandwidth and that either I have a virus or I'm sending massive spam ...

I ran Symantec but it doesn't find anything -- I didn't send any spam and can't understand what the fuck --

Anyone got any ideas?

I use both microsoft anti-spyware and adaware here. They work well. :thumbsup

That program doesn't do anything for me,sure it finds some instances but it isn't very effective compared to Trend Micro or Bullet proof
