i dont want to buy 10 dedicated just for what i need.. cost way 2 much for something so simple.

I am going to take a stab and guess that you are talking 10 servers so you can get 10 different Class C's. If that is the case, I can give you one dedicated Windows server with 10 Class C's.

I just can't build a virtual server with Windows . . primarily because the control panel we use won't work with Windows.
