Wikipedia is down in Germany, because it mentioned the real name of a hacker.
1. A person ("John") submits a gallery to MadThumbs. 2. The gallery is added to MadThumbs. If the gallery is pirated, John is responsible. 1. A person ("John") submits an article to a Wikipedia. 2. The article is added to Wikipedia. If the article is frauded, Wikipedia is responsible. Do you get what I mean? |
the difference is, that the pirate gallery is on John's page, TGP just links to it ... the article is on Wickipedia's page ...

i think you dont know the facts straight
the put wikipedia.de down de.wikipedia.org should still be fine and they put that domain down because the name was not removed from the article as far as i read so it seems they didn't comply see what happens to madthumbs if he keeps listing the pirated gallery |
