I cancelled my subscription because the movies were not in some kind of zip format have you fixed this yet? I really can't sit around waiting for hours for my computer to download a single movie...

just tell them to stfu and then reset the pw for their account..then in about 4 days, change their account to recur every 2 days at 29.99 just because of their stupidity.
