Actually I'm watching the news as it unfolds. It's really cold... The coldest it has been in 20 years...

Not funny at all for the people of Georgia.

People in russia have been buring their furniture & plywood for years, its not a new thing.

But I'm hoping that the new Bolivian President, Morales, is different. It's the first time an actual "commoner" has been elected. And it has created a ton of international interest amongst world leaders.

times that he will legalize coca plants to aid the poor native farmers. Bolivia

Russia's way of dealing with things is very different from ours.
Mind you I agree with some of their practices. such as how they handled the kidnappers... going and finding their kids and wives, shooting them in front of them... that was a great idea. Harsh, sure, but they got the passengers off safely.

Well what do you people think, Georgia was part of the Soviet Union and under Russia's influence for over 80 years, do you think they are that easily going to let them go? United States would have done the same, maybe not extreeme like that but it would make sure to impose sanctions and make it hard for the country to go forward.
