What to do if a STRANGER uses your personal information to register a domain ?
 

Yesterday morning I got a phone call from someone in Tennessee complaining about a site that apparently tried to hit him up with a Trojan or something, so he apparently was pissed off enough to take the time to look up the whois info and call.

WELL, first he asked if I was Nick Mihelich, which I am, then he asked if I owned activequals.com and I was puzzled and asked why he thought that I owned it and he said that he looked it up and my info was what he got, so I looked and sure enough, my info is there, it's my old address though and of course, they use their own email.

The strange thing about the matter is that the person that runs the site is even hosted at the same exact place that I host at. When I contacted my host, they said that he lives in Russia and looking at Whois, he registered the domain through http://www.estdomains.com

I went ahead and contacted their fraud department yesterday, but haven't heard back from them yet and the site is still up :( IF the registar doesn't do anything (I know it's the weekend, so maybe they don't get back right away), what should I do ??
