Good laptop?

I want to buy a laptop so i can work in the garden in the summer wifi is a must and im looking to spend around 500-600 english pounds. Also i use ebay

Buy an Acer. Its crap, but you will get good specs for that money.

Dell all the way

Don't buy an Acer. If and when it breaks, you'll never get it back from the repair shop.

At least, I haven't seen mine for a loooong time...

i just bought a toshiba satelite very nice and makes so little noise.. :thumbsup

i just bought a dell inspiron 6000 (15.4" widescreen) and i love it.
heres a tip to save an EXTRA $50 if you choose dell:

1) build your laptop on dell.com
2) save it (by opening up an account which is free)
3) go to Dell store to purchase it
4) get $50 for ordering at the dell store instead of online

Go with a dell :thumbsup
