I was just wondering how you would read your mail if your provider has been shut down?

Provider = Site Host maybe?

and

Email = Web Based Or Any ISP... has nothing to do with his site.

But the E-mail is webmaster @ same place that is down. Usually for me it is pretty hard to download mails frmo a place that is not online. Not sure about you but that is my experience :Graucho

He says his provider's upstream is down. Which i'm guessing means people can't access his website. But it IS still there...
