Same IP is hitting up a several of our domains as Snoopy v1.2 - what the hell is that?

Some kind of hacker sniff program?

Ok, so it's some idiot who thinks he can collect our search engine pages.
I feel like fucking with him. Should I just tell the host to block his ip, or ask some dodgy friends to take a look at his ip?
Anything I can do to let him know he should stop now?

Same ip - thousands of hits a day to many domains.

you can do nothing. if you will ban IP, he can switch to another proxy.

mail his isp might work
