If you haven't cast for models you can't really get a good feel for this situation. The larger issue here is what she will be like to work with. Even if he were to hire her she would be a pain in the ass to work with in the shoot too. Getting a feel for what the model is going to be like to work with is also part of the interview.
Models come in knowing what they are interviewing for, I am sure someone didn't get her in there under the guise of a 'lingerie' shoot.
I have potentials come in from time to time that won't take anything off for the interview...they are 99.9% of the time strippers or escorts. I just explain that they don't HAVE to take off their clothes and thank them for coming...of course in the way I present it at that point they KNOW they won't be getting any work.

The thing about it is that a casting is a job interview, so in that sense, you'd think that she'd do what it takes to get the job. It shouldn't be all about the money, it should be showing what you have to get the job.

It's be like going to a job interview and not answering the questions. Do you think you'd get a job like that ?
