if you want someone's traffic throw him a peice of the action to buy putting up a banner for him... is that really so much to ask? Jesus, Sublime's been doing it for at least a year.

There is MANY worse things going on than adding a banner or someone. Just ask theHun about that one :Graucho

total traffic on a site isn't always a indicator of how much they will send to your galleries. here are a LOT of other factors to consider. I know many 50K TGPs that send 4X the traffic to my galleries as some 300K TGPs do.

LoL, I'll build galleries like that for every TGP there is, everyday. If they can send enough traffic. I'd settle for 25-50k though.

I think you all are missing the point here...the idea behind this is almost that of paying for gallery spots. In this case with a single banner on my gallery. Not having to worry about getting listed to the TGPs you submit to helps alot...especially with all the RS and other auto submit bullshit with TGPs now.

If you say you make clean galleries and are experienced in this I dont understand why you would want to put a banner for a tgp owners sponsors.

Its ridiculous, almost as much as paying for a gallery listing.

Maybe I AM missing something here... but as I told you, I can get a gallery on the hun, clean....superfucking clean... why would anyone want to put a banner on a clean gallery?

By theory if you say you make clean galleries, doesnt that mean less advertisements? So youre gonna start making shitty galleries just to please some guy who doesnt give a fuck about you or your gallery and thinks you owe him/her something for their crappy traffic? hahaha

You may like to kiss a tgp owners ass to get listed, but some of do not.

Not trying to bash you or what youre doin bro, if it works for you, go ahead and do it, get as many tgps to list you, but remeber there are guys like me making galleries everyday wuith no banners and no recips and every gallery I make gets listed on 50 TGPs...

Not to mention when you make clean galleries, I usually get 10 TGPs that steal my gallery listing from the big TGPs and add my gallery to their listing, so I doubt that the gallery link guys would take my gallery and promote this TGP owner too... :Graucho

Well...the only thing I know is I DO make nice galleries with fresh designs. I have trouble getting listed consistently. This takes out all the guess work. When I make a gallery and submit it to the TGP i know the next day it will be listed on tons of big boys...sure i take a little hit from their banner, but its traffic that I would not have had otherwise.

Why you are sitting around waiting for your gallery to be posted, mine will already be listed with another awaiting the next days list.
Maybe this idea will make me some nice $$$, maybe it won't...but I won't know until I try.

Any serious gallery maker has ties with major tgp's and are already doing this kind of deal...

I have been doing this for some time and have had great success. I probably have about 10 or so hand built galleries a day that I do banner inserts on for major TGP's... I figure what the hell 20% of my advertising space dedicated to them and 80% to me. Better than 100% advertising space mine and 0 hits right?

Usually they only like doing these banner deals with guys that have been submitting to them for a while and they know provide quality galleries...

Anyways if there any TGP owners out there wanting quality stuff and want no bullshit, give me a shout. I would be happy to work out a deal with a banner and or text link in my gallery for a daily guaranteed listing.

he's just looking to break thru the numbers game. Think about it. Most TGPs can get 500-2000+ submissions each day. Usually, they vast majority will not be linked, and probably not even reviewed.

So, you either buy spots, or cut deals in order to get a listing on a consistent basis. I know people that build 1 gallery for the owner(on the owners BW), and one gallery for themselves.

Whatever it takes to get an advantage over the competition.
Fletch, the Hun rules when you get listed. But spend a few months getting declined, or only on the OverFlow, and contacting Parney for spots is not a bad idea. Nothing lasts forever

Im not gonna argue with you here, but once you figure out how to constantly get listed on the Hun, or the other big time tgps you dont have to worry about these things.


Sure your ARS galleries, and your Top Bucks shit wont get listed, figure out what does, then tell me Nothing Lasts Forever.
