Professional web development company needed.
 

Can someone recommend a professional web development company. I'm looking to have a site script created and design. The project is non-adult and I would prefer to work with a legit company/corp. Meaning, real staff and office, willing to sign NDA, easy to communicate with, etc. Basically someone that's not going to demand 100% cost upfront (that always turns into a problem/unfinished work), then design the script and resell it.

I'm not 100% against working with a solo coder but if you're honest and have good working referrals with others we can talk business.
