Flash webcam video app??
 

I'm looking for an application like what most webcam sites use for showing capturing and showing webcam videos online.
I want to give a client a webpage to goto and record a 30 second clip with their webcam of themselves talking. I would like it saved tot he server where I can link to it from a webpage later.
Only problem is I dont want to have to install a program. I would like to do this through flash video application or something similar.

Anyone know where I can start to look?
