I have a copy of http://hosting.clickman.com/full.html - which would cost $5,000 brand new .. It is the same software Pimp Roll uses for their click cash program (although they have obviously done some mods over the years to their back end). You would have to pay the installation cost to get it going on your server but if you are looking for a SERIOUS affiliate program without monthly fees this is it...
