BYOT Program , what do yOu think, any advices?

I am thinking about BYOT program, i do not have big expirience in adult business and iam not dooing well now. I think BYOT can help me to get some money.
The problem is: do not know with NISHE chose, what site i should to design? - i ask becouse you expirienced webmasters know with nishe is best for start and converts good ?

Any sugestions?
