Next to no spam in my gmail account. Does a damn good job at blocking about 99% of it and the rest I just mark as spam.

train your mail software to junk and you'll knock out 75% of the crap with less false-postives...

confirming someone's auto-reply is sometimes impossible and imho spamarrest-like products are not as important as getting people's emails.

I use spam arrest.

Good news: It works in stopping spam.

Bad news: You are at the mercy of their servers and they do blink out from time to time.

My thoughts exactly up until this point - my spam filter that I use now used to be good "enough" - but now its getting ridiculus - dont want to block too much though....

Damn - - - we block around 80.000 spams a week at Mansion, and yet I still get about 4000 a week just into MY email every week...

So after a lot of investigation I dropped Spam Arrest and similar services for something called SPAMBULLY, and it WORKS LIKE A CHARM!

All emails actually come into my email but the filtration system is 99,9% accurate SO FAR and I dont risk NOT getting some real emails as the spams is filtrated into a separate folder to search in later on in case something sneaked by the filter.

THUMBS UP for SPAMBULLY - works with Outlook and Outlook express.
