Anyone Using Netbilling?

Are you happy with the customer support that they offer Merchant holders for adult sites, is it a fair price? And most importantly, are their join forms customizable, etc? If anyone could show me their current join form online with Netbilling, I'd appreciate it! Thinking of giving them a try! Thanks

Hi,

We process with them and I know they have thousands of clients. Their prices and support rock and the system is the most flexible I have ever seen.

Here are a few that I know use them too:

MagnaRX
Camz
Yankscash
Meatcash
Mac & Bumble
Scorescash
Fetishcash
Dating Gold
Wasteland

I know there are alot more but those are a few.

Z

p.s. They have a great call center too and they do our phone orders as well.
Karen is our sales rep there. She is a cool chic.

You do business where it makes sense.

To be able to work with Mitch and his team of great employees makes even more sense.

sandman! 01-20-2006 10:14 AM

do a search on gfy you wont find anything bad ever said about them.

aiken 01-20-2006 10:50 AM

Count me un for an "us too." They rock, the support is great, and not only can you do custom join forms, with the right software on your end you can do tiered memberships, site bundles, pretty much anything you want.

During the whole card services and then Ibill fiascos, Netbilling was absolutely fantastic to us and went way above and beyond in helping us make the difficult transitions and deal with the inevitable customer support issues. I really couldn't recommend them more.

The only minor downside is that it requires getting and keeping your own merchant account, but if you're serious, that's something you should have anyway.

Cheers

Can anyone post links to their actual join forms with Netbilling online now? I'm curious to see how the forms can be! Thanks

MickeyG 01-20-2006 01:30 PM

Im using them for my new site, I just created a total custom order form complete with repeat customer orders using their direct mode. So basically you can create whatever you want.

Really good stuff and great tech support. :thumbsup

Hi,

Using direct mode, EVERYTHING is completely customizable as you host the forms. We also have our payment form option (remote mode) that we host as well with some customization available.

Here are a couple of direct mode examples...

https://join.sammy4u.com/signup/sign...MDowOjE&step=2

https://www.naughtybank.com/signup/signup.php?s=2

Here is a remote mode example...

Here is an example of one of the many recording artists using our Free shopping cart system for product sales...

Thanks, Mitch

I like what I see, Mitch. BTW, I believe I met you and some of the Netbilling crew in Vegas in January '05. I would be using Netbilling for strictly adult sites. My question is, regarding on the forms, do you allow certain fields to be excluded? In other words, must our form have the same fields as https://join.sammy4u.com/signup/sign...MDowOjE&step=2
? Or can we take out the address fields, etc?

Hi,

The forms and fields are completely customizable and you can turn off and on whatever you would like. However, the more info we collect, the better job we can do scrubbing.

Thank you, Mitch Farber

Hi,

Thank you for the support! Having a merchant acohahahaha is certainly a plus, especially knowing that your processing company will not go under and take all of your members with them.

Netbilling looks like an option to be considered for new site owners. :2 cents:

They are for new products sales site owners and established paysite owners as the bank will not give a merchant account ot new paysites without processing history from what I remember when we started with them That may have changed though. I can tell you that you will surely save money processing with Netbilling and have better sales conversions too.

about 2% of new site owners could qualify for a merchant account.

what's the minimum volume required for a merchant account these days - 100K/month?

ExtremeBank_Adam 01-22-2006 04:26 PM

We also use Netbilling... nothing but good to say about them.

sfera 01-22-2006 04:30 PM

Not sure about that number but I thought companies acquired merchant accounts through netbilling because of their relationship with banks. Without companies like netbilling most pornographers would either not get one or not even try. So, unless I have this all wrong, many small sites can get a merchant account through netbilling.

For membership sites, most small adult membership sites will not qualify for a merchant account. The baknks like established merchants with a history and decent volume. This has nothing to do with adult products or mainstream as those are typically 1 day setups.
