I know a 25% tax would put a lot of companies out of business.

lets not freak out too much. it was only submitted - that would mean that CC companies would have to agree. Its interesting they feel that most kids are the ones who use porn - yet say that they will charge CC 25% - so either the parent is lax in allowing the card out, or VISA etc. are stupid in giving kids cards - or maybe.. just maybe.. people may see the government not caring about kids - only how to get money from the porn industry

Looks like the govermnent is getting jealous of the cash that the legal porn industry has been making lately and now wants to slap on a tax so they can get a bigger cut. As to the revenue being spent to reduce CP, yeah fucking right! They're gonna use it to continue to buy off the people they need in order to stay in their cushy government jobs!

If the government really gave a damn about kids, it would spend more cash on social programs!

This is how they plan to pay for the war on terror. Because we all know that the war is a direct result of porn. Every thing in the world going wrong is because of porn.

The good news is the GOP and the religious right is against the tax and will block it.

As much as a porn tax would suck once that happened then its them admitting we are a legit business and then basically we will be left alone but it wont happen.
