Is a proggy out there the provides the backend for a webcam site. Like a webcam girl agency.

Yes, they are out there. I don't know off the top of my head where to find a turnkey solution, but I have seen them.

hmmm, if you're looking for your own solution, it might be easiest to hire a programmer to do it... which isn't an easy thing to do, but I don't know of anyone selling their entire webacam backend.
