3 days down at Server Provider
 

Some of my domains have been down at Server Provider for three days now. Is this the usual fix time for a virtual account? Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

I had your same problem months ago and they didnt event answer my icqs.

crap service: change ISP asap.

The most I've ever been down at ONE hosting company was 36-hours, by day three I was back up at another host while my lawyers inserted a telephone pole up hosting company ONE's orifices.

change hosts right away.

I have not received any icqs. none of our techs have, and no phone calls either.

All my sites have gone down tonight, it seems one by one. I was able to contact Sami by ICQ but he told me my sites were working on that end, then when I checked they were all down. its a weird problem, a few will be working, then one down, then all down, seems to jump from site to site but the ones hosted there are on a virtual account not dedicated so I imagine isolating the problem is a bitch.

MDCQ, your issue seems to be at your end chief.
