hell, theres people that get convicted of MURDER and can get out quicker then people convicted of forementioned crimes.

Its been like that for a while now. I can think of alot of my past friends who got busted for copyright infringement with trading games/programs/mp3s etc. They would get anywhere from 2-5yrs depending on the crime and then in some cases a murderer would get out sooner then they would. Then again look at Kevin Mitnick.
