Let the lawsuits from my neighbors kids being hurt begin!

EroticySteve 01-18-2006 12:29 PM

Looks like a neat toy. I remember skating on ice in the backyard as a kid, in retrospect cut knees and bruises aren't that much fun. :)

smack 01-18-2006 12:33 PM

now all you need is a little zamboni. ;]

Matt 26z 01-18-2006 12:36 PM

Not a bad price for that.

Ditto.

I saw recently on the news that a company makes backyard rinks with no ice. The surface is made up of special polymer tiles that regular ice skates will slide on much the same as ice. They can be used year-round in any climate and don't require the same maintenance as an actual ice rink.

abadfish 01-18-2006 03:33 PM

We used to just skate on our pool when it would freeze over. Take out a net and shoot pucks. It was fun but I don't think our dad liked all of the holes the pucks put into the pool liner. Probably cost him a fortune.

beemk 01-18-2006 03:36 PM
