Yes, Covington, KY. There is a park there on top of a hill and just the past 6 months or so they are getting a nice little Dogging scene going on.

Well hell, here in the ol' US of A we lock up people having sex. Sex is naasssssssssssssssty. Good church goin' folk don't have sex, unless it's to make more good church goin' kids.
