Employment as Gallery Submitter
 

I was thinking about hiring someone to help me with my Gallery Submissions and Database Maintance since ~2 month, and finally I've decided to give it a try.

Actually I'm looking for someone to submit 1-2 galleries and a freesite every day, so some experience as a submitter is required, the rest can be teached.

Some experience with Design work wouldn't hurt too, at least it should be enough to put a basic gallery together.

Worktime would be ~10 hours every day, 5 days a week, so it'll be a fulltime employment, cause I always have enough work to do.

I also like consistency, I start working every day at 8am, and end working at 8pm, so you can start working whenever you like, but it has to be pretty much the same time every day. A long term employment is also possible after an initial test month or two.
And I can't stand some lame excuses, so your grandmother is only allowed to die once a year, and not ever week.

10 hours every day? Noone at GFY works that much.

They may as well build and submit their own freesites and galleries... they would be doing all the work anyway, no?

If the person has to make AND submit the galleries, why would they not want to keep the profits for themselves?

I've received many interesting offers, some from people that don't qualify enough, and some from people that are overqualified and. I can only employ one person right now, but I'll keep all applications saved on my HD, maybe I need somebody else in the future :)
