It all depends on how well he knows you and exactly what happened what she said etc. If some stranger banged your drunk GF then it's not his problem and not his knees that need batting.

If you have a monogamy agreement with your girlfriend and she fucked around on you in spite of it, it's HER you should be angry with.

But if you two never had "the talk", you can't just assume that she's going to be monogamous. You'll have to suck it up and deal with your feelings.

if she was drunk and did it while awake, and he isnt your friend or knew that you two were together, then no, you would have no recourse for action...

There is probably a law about rape in your area no? If she was passed out then he raped her, serious offence and the law will take care of it. If your woman got sloppy and had some fun with someone because she had no inhibitions then why are pissed at someone else, he just saved you a lot of time and money on a relationship with soeone who was not as dedicated as you were. I don't care if he knew you or not, just get rid of her for disrespect, don't hang with him anymore because of disrespect and go on your way being the biggest person of them all.

From personal experience people respect you more for just getting rid of the girl and the guy, shows you have control of yourself and your relationships, going after him is common. Another woman who is better for you is out there, I bet you already know her.
