I made a home made turkey curry and rice.

bbq chicken on the grill.

It is cold, rainy and generally yucky here outside.
I am in the mood for something hearty and leaning toward a comfort food.

Just had KFC for the first time in my life and It was my last time too. To greasy for my swedish stomach. :) Tomorrow I'll have grilled salmon with dill boiled potatos.

It's too late for you to start this, lol, but we had a roast with potatoes and carrots made in the crock pot.

Decided in on lasagna, not sure why but it sounds good.

Beef tenderloin carpaccio with lemon and mustard sauce

A cold asparagus and leek soup topped with creme fraiche

Boiled potatoes with salmon roe, sourcream and chopped leek

Tuna with saffron and orange sauce and saffron rice

honeyroasted ducks breast in blackcurrant and rosemary sauce with polenta

and to top it off chocolate tart and coconut sorbet


That's what I'll make.
