Andrej, as Smokey said, it depends tremendously on the keywords in question, too much to provide even a rough estimate. As an undeveloped domain, its value is going to depend largely on the type-in frequency, and the revenue-per-type-in. Overture values for "some keyword" are too ambiguous to estimate type-in frequency, and with no searches for "somekeyword.com," the traffic is probably too low for overture to provide even a rough estimate (overture filters out results with fewer than 25 queries per month, though there are also other reasons it could show no value). Many factors could affect price, such as its prospects as a developed domain (does it sound reasonable as a site name), if it's easy to type, easy to remember, sounds natural, is the primary way you'd describe whatever it is, if it's free of trademark issues, how geographically targeted the domain is, whether it pertains to a growing industry, and so on. But if you're looking for a rough valuation based just on undeveloped type-in traffic, the type-in frequency and per-type-in revenue are the primary factors to consider.
