Where to look for traffic trades for a links list?
 

I am revamping a Links List and want to set up some new traffic trades, anyone know a good hot spot to find some reliable traders?

Also have a question.... I know skimming clicks off the galleries is a common practice in TGP traffic trades. Is skimming frowned upon by Links List traders or is it acceptable?
