it seems that stats or stats and tranactions (which is even worse) are not going since today's morning...
we send traffic as usual and no signups/rebills at all...
and we usually have many every day....
on our sites and on ~20 sites that we advertize...

but CCBill, you are cool and i hope these transactions will appear in stats later, like it happened before :)

If you didn't I don't think they'll get the message from here.

hi, i have our ccbill representative in ICQ and he told me that everything is going smooth, but our today's stats show different thing :(

just i have read different issues on this board before and i thought that probably there was someone from CCBill on this board who knew all things better :)

i remember there were couple of times when ccbill stats stopped for a while and then missed sales appeared after couple of days. i hope this is a similiar case :)

hey Ray, you know our partnership program currently is being advertized at Paycounter and we want our new partners to be happy with their ratios. but today i dont think they will be very happy...

I don't know who answers emails sent to [email protected] , but sometimes they seem to be not understanding who is asking them a question - Surfer or Webmaster... Probably it would be a good idea to create another email address for webmaster support only...
So I prefer to ask something using ICQ.

I used that email address once when I had a question and got bitched at. Some chick named Theresa emailed me back. I responded to her not knowing that she was just forwarding responses to me for some fucked up reason, and she practically screamed at me to stop emailing her.

Still no idea why I sent an email to the support address and got a reply from Theresa that was forwarded to her from someone else.:disgust

you still noticing the problem? DormAngels uses CCbill. Sales were lower than normal yesterday ... but everything is rocking and rolling today. Might just be our best day ever!!

My CC Bill stats have been VERY VERY FUNKY for several days
