Michael Jackson faces new child abuse claims
 

Michael Jackson has been accused of sexually assaulting another minor, forcing him to have plastic surgery and stealing his musical ideas.

The singer faces new charges of child molestation after a 20-year-old filed a civil law suit in California claiming the eccentric star molested him on different occasions between the ages of two to 14.

Michael Mattern, a lawyer for the unnamed man, said: "It is alleged that my client was present at Michael Jackson's residences and other places from the age of two to 14 and was molested many times over the course of those years.

"There is also an allegation that my client came up with song ideas, lyrics and melodies which were used by Mr. Jackson in his records and made an awful lot of money."
The man - who claims Jackson committed the crimes between 1987 and 1999 - filed the law suit in October.

The case is due to be heard in Orange County next month.

Mattern said his client was also "subjected to unnecessary cosmetic procedures".

He said: "I have got photos of my client with these red lips just like you see on Mr. Jackson and a big old cleft chin which he didn't have previously."

Lawyers for the 'Billie Jean' singer - who was cleared last year of different child molestation charges - have so far refused to comment on the allegations.

I dont like Michael Jackson at all, but now this shit is just getting rediculous, so this guys is pretty much alleging all kinds of things, molestation, forced plastic surgery and stealing his lyrics... so i guess he figures he might at least win some money from ONE of those allegations.... now, If i was Micheal Jackson and this shit kept happening.. i would pick up everything and move to another country and say fuck this place. Chances of being sued while in another country is slim to none and i would just ignore the money hungry bastards and let them get a default judgement against me here in this country, but I wont pay a dime and nothing they can do about it...
