I need smoothie recipes
getting tired of 2 kiwi 1 banana help me out (no the ones with 2 shots of rum pls :winkwink: )

I usually throw banana, frozen strwaberries and frozen blueberries in with soy milk and some protien powder.
Always makes a good smoothie. Some people like to put granola into the breakfast smoothie. I like that too. |

frozen banana, knudsens apple juice dash of cinnamon....blend
frozen banana, knudsens apple juice, frozen peaches ( or any frozen fruit)... blend great additives to alot of smoothies are: lecithen protien powder(vanilla flavored) spirulina (green algae) wheat germ nutritional yeast plain yogurt This is merediths peach delight 8 oz apple juice, vanilla ice cream, frozen peaches.....for you stoneys. if you use frozen fruit..there is no need to water it down with Ice. I worked at the origional "Martin Brothers" in Austin Tx... the best fucking smoothies I ever tasted. |
ok the frozen fruit is smart, so you guys just put bananas etc in the freezer hmm good idea
