autotranslation for wordpress - more languages = more traffic
 

I've searched for Wordpress plugin for automatic translation into several languages but with no real success - plugins I've found only redirects to google translator...
So I wrote my own translation plugin with ability to translate english text into 11 other languages. Translation is done by web services with caching on your blog server so it is very fast!
SEO optimisation via .htaccess so link to your article should look as http://www.server.com/2006/01/10/kej...escom/spanish/

other thing is that this plugin translates the text every time when the page is accessed -> more traffic from your server and much more time to display the page to user or search engine (search engines don't like slow pages!)

my plugin caches all the translated text so the translation is done only once...

Of course, no one should be asking for prices, since Wordpress is GPL software and thus all plugins should be released (that is, if they are released) under a GPL-compatible license (says so in the WordPress codex.) This means that if you're distributing your plugin, you should release the source code to the public.

Hate to be a party pooper, but if we're using open source software, we should play by the open source rules. I've written a few custom WP plugins myself so I had to read a bit about the licensing rules, and this is exactly why I've decided not to distribute them to anyone else (yet)...

I think he can distribute plugins for small price...It tooks him time to develop it.

or he can give it for free. but he can charge small installation support donation :)
