down here they call it "fasioncore" with the core being shortened for hardcore, LSU did a write up on it, made me laugh hysterically.

Everytime I hear How could this happen to me which seems to be their theme song and Creep by Radio Head i just laugh and laugh. *listening to the last one now* I especially love the part where he gets all high pitched and you can not tell what the hell he is saying. I can see kids all in black sitting in their bay windows in 300k houses with their mascarra running listening to the song on repeat, faces contorted as they put their whole soul into wailing along with the singer as the song pumps out of a thousand dollar stereo system.

There's a new trend every few years.

It's usually the kids of wealthy parents who've never had a hard day in their lives that are looking for something to be sad or upset about.

I remember when we had skinheads in our high school. The kids of doctors, lawyers, politicians and executives all thought it was all the rage to wear red laced Doc Martens and spread hate.

You see them today and no one wants to talk about it.
