I'm looking for a killer flash developer for a project.

I need someone who can re-receate the streaming flash player for www.myvidero.com

I need a new look and feel with some additional features such as keyword implimentation for each video, rating options etc.

I'm searching high and low for the best person for the job.

Anyone here with the skill set?
