aol friendly because its looks like it was done with aol homepage....

First off, it loaded nice and fast. Start to finish was about 4 seconds on my DSL line up here in good old Canada. Second, I wouldn't change the words "fuck me" with "join me". I like how you do make that move, it does draw attention to it, but I would have the "join now" change slightly to draw the same attention to it. Maybe change from a white to an eggshell color or light yellow. I would get rid of "Cum watch while I pull..." and replace that with 2-3 small thumb images of other models you can find in the site, clickable to a join page or second tour page.
Just my $0.02 canadian, worth 1/100 of a US penny. :)

OK, I'm no designer, I'm just gonna tell you what bothers me:

Tom, can you do something about the pixelation around the text in the middle? It makes me squint :) Also, the fish-eye effect just makes it hard to read, same with the text to the right of it.

The URL in white is practically illegible. Actually you could probably just delete it as well as the "gutter sluts" on the same line. In that case, make the text in the top line contrast more with the background.

The whatsits on the main text (heh, what the hell do you call those things? reflections? sunbursts? Anyway, the starry features) are a bit too obtrusive...they detract from the whole picture.

The animation: there is too much happening in it. I'd say dump the horizontal barn-door effect, just have it alternating between the two texts.

Somehow there seems something unbalanced about the bottom line...perhaps move "members" to the left and "free tour" to the right.

Nowadays you need more than just one shot of head action going on per screen shot. Get a number of really hard dicks and hot chicks circling the whole page.

Less LENS flare - I think we have all learned the lesson of horribly applied photoshop effects. Try to use more html vs. graphics... It loads to funky with all those graphics.

If you don't build websites regularly though, not bad! Keep it up and play with more ideas. Check out what other people are doing and why you like their shit... You will see what i mean by the use of html and background images, etc... Don't try to solve everything with a big graphic!
