I did not try to get all involved in this drama just pointed it out at first, but when someone posts shit like this, then claim it's a joke and then attempts to try to make it look like I'm some sort of loser for pointing it out...there's gonna be action.

It's illegal only if payment is made for the sex, and the prostitute is under the US federal sexual age of consent (which is 16). Otherwise it's totally in the hands of the foreign countries own sexual age of consent and prostitution laws.

Ok, I can see where the wording here could get confusing. What this law (actually it's a statute) is saying in a nutshell is that it's illegal to travel to another country just because you want to have sex with someone underaged (ie Sex Trips, etc).

But you're saying she's "underage" and for all we know, it's legal for her to have sex with the guy in her country. If she was 16/17, it would also be legal in the US... So the bottom line, is that you're creating a drama thread without having facts. You've confused "content" legal age with age of consent. It's different.

Yeah, I just saw that Wikipedia entry myself. I am suspicious of it though because the sexual age of consent at the US federal level is only 16. Then of course states have their own, and most are under 18.

So it doesn't really make sense to say an adult American can bang a 16yo in 30 of the 50 states and 17yo in at least 37 of them, but that it's illegal in any other country no matter what their laws are.

According to US Law you can't travel to foreign countries to engage in sex with minors.

DWB has posted about his sexual adventures in foreign lands often, so I'm not confusing a lot of facts here. The facts in the end won't be for me to prove or dispute, but if DWB isn't careful could very well be him proving or disputing them in a court of law.

I looked at the wipedia thing and I have to laugh that it says they have to be 18 when the laws inside the states say the girls have to be at least 16/17. The fact is, I bet there's plenty of laws we all break every day. For example, in some states it's illegal to have anal sex (sodomy) and up until mayeb 10 years ago, in a couple states it was ALSO illegal to have oral sex. But that wasn't the point of my post.
