OK, I just got home and have been directed to this thread.

First of all I did not want this issue to make it to the boards. Second, her lawyer asked that the site be shut down by her request. I was ordered by the Judge to shut the site down as soon as possible since I did not object to her wishes of wanting it shut down. The site without her participation is worthless, and my understanding based on her lawyers statements were that she no longer intends to be a part of the site nor wants the content to be continued to be used in any capacity.

Hope that clears that up, and I would prefer not to continue on discussing the matter on GFY other than to say that the join page was specifically defined and ordered to be removed on the 12th. of January. If there was a way to shut the site down without removing the join page to insure no one would lose any time or money, someone please clue me in on how to do so.

I was not at the court ..and I'm only hearing one side ..but from what i understand there was an agreement that the site would be shut down .. they agreed to give everyone 30-45 days to remove there links and the join page was to stay up. Now either bill misunderstood the agreement or just took it upon himself to pull the page and try to make it look worse for Arika ..

As I said in the other thread I give permission for Bill to post the court order to the public, so we can see the real story.

The hearing was for the lawyers. Bill has no lawyer, so it was my lawyer and Bill. I was called into the court room half way through. It is not anyones business on here but obviously it has come here. If there was a court order, which there is not, there is an agreement, there would be some sort of order put down on paper.

We will not be doing a site with Arika ... even after NB begged me to add her to our program in Vegas ...(I believe to try to use later to make it look like we took her ) .. Mobbucks has nothing to do with her site or any other biz she may start. don't get me wrong advice is offered to anyone ..I'd even work with bill ... hell i think he's an ok guy ..I never had a problem with him ... even like the guy.

Another odd thing is that I also got it delievered to [email protected], which only has been used at... NichedSites.com.

I see a lot of spam to NATS programs, I also see the nichedsites, hentaiboss, trafficgigolos and others makes me think its a bug in NATS.
I always use [email protected] and 90% of the spam I get to those accounts are NATS programs.

Yes there was a bug in NATS that was being exploited where they could get your webmaster emails etc. We noticed the bug around 6 months ago and let NATS know.
