try getting listed on the review sites, you'll shit when you see conversions..

also, you can go with submitting galleries to TGPS, making free sites and submit them to link list, make movie galleries and submit them to mgp, try to get good listings on SE's, go to message boards where people are looking for/talk about porn and post there (don't make it look like spam. act like a surfer that found "your" site etc..)

also, you can make deals with other paysite owners to add your site(s) to their consoles (exit or whatever). use every way you can to get people to the site and at thesame time it gets the name out there. word of mouth is a powerfull thing.

and when submitting to tgps/mgps/link lists target the exact niche of your site whenever possible.

Have her make fan signs that will get a lot of people to get links up.

Here is your winner! You trade traffic with "skinny" solo girl sites! Read me out, chubby girls and solo girls don't offer compitition to each other because a guy likes one or the other, so trading links can only help the girls, not hurt them at all. Most smart skinny solo girls will go for it, unless how ever they work for someone like LightSpeed, then you would have to go to them, but you should start slow first, Go to sologals or something and pick a few Indy Solo Girls, email them with the idea, and there you go!

Do tons of lezzie vids and pic sets...... Unusual object insertions, pee vids and pics etc then buy hardlinks on niche TGP's and MPG's. Extreme and bizzarre seem to be doiung well these days

Considering most guys like more than ONE kind of woman, and men can appreciate a variety, there's no reason why different niches can't cross promote.... Someone can like Lightspeed girls AND black girls, or asians AND chubby girls, or all of the above. Some men just love women in general. Most of the guys I know with site memberships have them to several sites of different niches.

Good quality AVS sites can still work well

1. The surfer entered the site so you know they are interested in the niche/girl.

2. You know they have a credit card and they arnt affraid to use it.

3. You will even get some bonus cash from the AVS as well - make sure you list the AVS site on link lists.

do u have aff program or its just paysite (without affiliates ?)

if u have aff program then make memorable avatar and banner with nice logo (for the avatar) and informative text for the banner and start writing usefull threads in the boards (I'm sure u know which are the good boards)

Pushing usefull threads (and not spamming) will give u the image the webmasters need to trust u and promote u

write a little php script which tells the surfers that u have promo and the price u offfer is valid for only 2-3 days :)

i think, firstly.you should start from your site SEO,as you all know, TGP traffics are sucks,most of great programs have a good SEO,they can been find on the Google or yahoo.secondly,you can advertising your programs on some popular adult webmaster board,such as gfy ,netpond,etc..

I do quite a bit of work in this niche.
You want to create a little community around this girl.
I'd actually recommend NOT having public blogs. Have a diary where she talks about herself, and more to the point, her sexuality. It's stuff like that that gets a surfer much more interested in the long term. I've found w/ solo girls, esp in this niche, guys want to know that the girl is genuine. Keep her consistant & sexy, and you'll be there.

Give points of contact with her and the surfers. If you can stand the mod hassles, run a public forum on her webpage for the surfers. There's lots of moderation woes involved with this, but it's a great start up.
