hmmm, didn't notice that. i've always assumed htaccess could prevent it. there must be a way to stop him from linkin directly to the pic, like only allowing the pics to be called up from only ur server.

Email register.com with all of this info and they will jerk his domain from him. I believe they have a firm rule about that and all ICANN approved and accredited registrars have the rights to remove a domain from a copyright infringer when its this blatent.
If they don't... then go to internic.com and ICANN.com and find their complaint pages... raise holy jihad on his tail. But with register.com ask them to ask HIM to provide legal licensing to access those pics that belong under your own licenses as well as to prove his rights to link YOUR sites to access them. (he may just have the same licenses but is ripping you for the BW to show them) |
