Hey bud,

$300 a month for up to 200 signups a month
$400 a month for up to 450 signups a month
$500 a month for up to 1000 signups a month
$600 a month for up to 1500 signups a month
$650 a month for up to 2000 signups a month
$700 a month for up to 2500 signups a month
$800 a month for up to 3500 signups a month
$900 a month for up to 4500 signups a month
$1000 a month for up to 5500 signups a month
5500 signups a month and above - $100 per block of 750 signups

Same price structure since the inception of MPA back in the days - so they seem to work pretty good. This deal gives you first month for free as well.
