I agree, but when it's free you wonder. Then I read that he charges in three markets and makes 20 million a year off of those. He makes some good cash on this project.

Yep, however he has a full time staff of 20 and is in San Francisco. I would assume it's not cheap on rent and staff there...

I'm still guessing he does okay for himself for running virtually a free site.
