SUBMITPASSES Clients, urgent info.
 

We had a script failure that started lat last night and ran into early this morning. Anyone who bought passes using our online Epassporte script will NOT get their orders. The script had been sending us empty orders, none of the client info was being written.

This is what the sale emails looked like

All your funds have been refunded to your accounts, we had no choice but to "Reject" the sale. Sorry about this folks :(

So its just for this time frame, the past 24 hrs?

More like 15 hours. If you made a purchase you will see "refused" in your epass account.
