Hotlink protection for galleries
 

how do you setup hotlink protection for tgp & mgp galleries? I know for pics I used to use htaccess but I would always get messages from reviewers saying they couldn't see the pics behind their firewall.. or some other excuse

What do you recommend?

for pictures you should add:
to your .htaccess
to allow direct view, I think thats the problem with your reviewers.

Movie antihotlinking can't be done with mod_rewrite.
there are some programs/modules that work for 90% of the cases.

for movies i use antihotlinking.com

Last time I checked you could easily bypass it with an iframe.
did that change ?

is it ok to change the html for my images or will I get banned from the tgp's for changing the page?
