I got a mac as payment from a mainstream cliente about a month back. I hated it!!! Sold it after maby 1 hour of use. :winkwink:

some how i knew that the mention of the mac would get cracked.... but you really have to give them a chance... they are fucking great machines... the os is the operatiing system and windows is a visual representation of dos and that is why mac will always be faster then compatibles. no matter the ghz. that is why they kick ass for publishing because they are graphically sound and can crunch numbers faster..... but who cares... they both copied zerox with the windows gui

Hehe don't get me wrong. Mac are cool ! Just love the designs, the pc makers have a lot to learn there. It just that when you have been using a computer for 12 years it is just to hard to convert to a mac no mather what. It would be like starting to write with my left hand in stead of my right it just don't work :winkwink:

I remember when I used to look in the Speigal catalog and stare at the Commodore 128! I just knew it would be sooo much faster than my Commodore 16 or my TI!

how about when hard drives were not even a gig and now our ram is expandable to more than this.... .. man this is great i am surfing the web, working in dreamweaver, burning some songs, posting on gfy, and scratching my ass and no problems with the memory..... this is dope as hell

hah ah aha ha ah hungry man.... i used to play dragons lair on a commodore 64 all the time and i thought that game was the bomb... but look at the shit we have now... i mean it is almost life like and the AI in the games today is unreal. we can never get away and hide from the computer.... anyway that commodore and the game were played on the 3.5 floppy and i mean the floppy plastic disks.... man that is funny

I have three 512meg DDR chips, like having 3 different computers running at the same time, I never run out of resources.

i had 64 megs but it crapped out so i bought 128 megs for $25 and got a $25 rebate

three resources...... gosh that must be nice..... i think i need to start investing in my computer instead of my car. :glugglug

I have 1 gig of sd in this laptop. Unfortunately this bastard still freeses up from time to time. It was cool when things froze and I only had 128megs but now that shit is frustrating as hell! It only happens when I have 3 or 4 Dreamweaver windows and 5 fireworks projects open as well as 5 different FTP sessions spawned from Cute FTP....



what the hell am I complaining about?
