2 letter ones, what is the range of what they are worth?

As with three-letter domains, the particular letters influence the price. But with fewer available (there are 26 * 26, or 676 total two-letter dot coms), I don't think there's a wide enough sample of published prices that anyone could even give you a rough estimate, and the price range you'd find looking for them would probably vary more widely. My guess is you could find some undeveloped, less-popular letter combinations that an owner would sell for five-figures, and some I know have six- (or maybe low-seven-) figure asking prices, and there are probably a few that the owners would are holding out for several million. For developed and/or trademarked domains, like GE.com, well...check the market cap on GE. :-)
