Looks very nice, but since everyone thinks segpay is related to ibll i don't see everyone giving them a try.

I didn't receive an email after the first signup. Your signup script doesn't work in Opera (v8.00). Tried again in IE, confirmation box popped up fine this time, but still no email. Only did IE about 10 mins ago though - I'll wait some more.
