Why is it always Las Vegas and Miami?

Most webmasters could not afford NYC.

I think it's relationships that AVN has developed.
They get better rates, and make more money, the more business they bring to the same people..
just a guess.

New York would be a blast!!!

years ago they did it in New Orleans and it was fantastic

If im not mistaken, i maybe wrong, it may have been a rumor or something i overheard back in the summer.....

I thought this years summer internext was scheduled to be in New Orleans. That was before Katrina though.

size of convention halls, nightlife, airports, restaraunts, deal AVN can work with the hotel/convention place all go into it.

Other cities that can handle the show - at an affordable price to the attendees.

Dallas, LA, Seattle, Vancouver BC, Toronoto, Chicago, New Orleans, Atlanta, Phoenix ... and the list could go on.

I thought New Orleans was a great show. It would show real class on the part of AVN/Internext - to return to New Orleans - to support the city... Vegas doesn't need any more money.

NYC isn't anymore expensive than Vegas. I was in Vegas last January and NYC in March/April.

NYC is a much better place. There could be some cool parties if someone threw a show there.

What ever happened to the Vancouver/NW shows?
Atlanta is a hub that should have something to offer...

Alot of NYC hotels have bed bugs.

Doesnt seem like Vegas is that affordable with room rates 3-4 times the normal rate. A suite I got for $450 a night a month ago is now $1500+

Yeah, maybe, but i think the location is important tho..When i talk with guys zbout internext, they always talk about hotel, city, weather etc... It's always good to break the routine :winkwink:
