Wow, that's some old-time stuff. Pink4free made its money by collecting email addresses, and the CAN-SPAM act was recently passed. Maybe there's a connection?

I went to enemas.com and clicked the webmaster link and it still seems to be up but under a different name: http://affiliate.billingservices.com/signup.php?mid=197

So still seems to be in business, but not under the cash.com affiliate program.
